Welcome to the ElectroKemistry!
The bulk of this blog covers food, beer and wine. I am very passionate about bringing the reputation of beer to the fore in terms of its ability to work well with food, in some cases, far better than a wine ever could. I cover Meet the Brewer events, have a monthly review round-up of bottled beers that can be bought at good bottle shops and I also occasionally hold my own events - you're best staying tuned to Twitter for these, as I post them out in advance and sell tickets rather quickly.
There may be the odd restaurant review along the way too when the mood takes me.
I am hoping that there will be some feedback and also some guest blog spots, as I know a few of you out there are better cake bakers and brewers than I and those of you who have sourced your own excellent ingredients on travels and travails. These will of course be interspersed with my own ramblings.
Stay tuned and we'll be drinking some awesome beer, excellent wines and making some decent food in no time!!
